So howdy. And welcome to yet another year of school! I must say that for the first day it was freakishly humid and hot. At least in the morning it was. In the afternoon it was just hot..hot..hot.. The bus loop is gone so now the whole bus loading procedure is sooo draw out. And you have less of a chance of actually getting on your bus..So this ought to be fun.
English II - Borgmeyer
Apparently most of my teachers I have has a weird name starting with this lady who reminds me of sausage. This class seems like it will be tolerable but its probably going to be very social. And therefore screw me up. The teacher wants us to talk and grades us on participation so I know I'll be getting a lower grade. Even if I Ace all the tests and know all the information, my grade will be dropped just because I'm not social in the least bit. In my humble opinion ((and i am ALWAYS right)) thats unfair. Plus we sit in alphabetical order so the one person I know ((beth)) is whisked away to the other side of the room. We HAVE to have a binder thats going to be checked everyonce in a while. Yay. Once again I was trying to start this year off using only folders and notebooks so my life would be easier.. but NOOOO stupid teachers screwing with my plans. UGH. I'm gonna loose points for that too.
World History- Bruns
This guy is hilarious!!! I'm so happy I have him. His class will be buttmunchily hard but I'm hoping his humor will ease the pain. He didn't put us in a seating chart on the first day and I hope he keeps it that way. Cause I kinda liked my seat. Plus I was awesomely situated so that I could make kauany's hair go BOING Boing.. So that was fun. We don't have our books for that class yet. So no luggin uber heavy books anywhere. Thank gods. But of course he did say we were going to need 2 THREE AND A HALF INCH BINDERS!!... TWO. And he also said one of his students last year filled up three... So i'm pretty screwed. Cuase I hate binders and was really hoping to just use folders..Oh well.
Guard- Duckett/Owen
So this was pretty much sitting in a chair while mr. duckett talked about stuff. It was mostly to inform all the new people the way things were gonna go and he also told us where we were gonna be practicing and how we were gonna have to name it. We get to practice not on the football field ((Which would make sense seeing as how its where we perform)) but in this drained semi retension pond pit thingy in the front of the school. So yay. Lots of anthills.. and burrs.And if it rains slightly flooded. PLus I have practice on my birthday which makes it so I can't do my traditional birthday dinner...~sigh~. Oh well. I need to go decorate my binder and find me some aol tester CDS... So if you have any. PLease lend them to me.
Algebra II - Heinz
Yet another food name thing. Ketchup of course. She has a seating chart up on the overhead which is really hard to figure out for lots of the people. So I sit behind my chair cause some idiot thinks his name is Ariel Cooper. Eventually he moves and I get my chair. I have to sit in the verrrry front row. Right next to the over head where she will be standing the whole class.. So dang dang dang. But she's cheery so hopefully things will be okay. I have homework in her class but thankfully its easier then the class work. Because I had pretty much no idea how to do the classwork... Except for maybe 3 problems. So math class grades are looking verry promising. ha,
Other Jazz
I spent lunch sitting in a squishy chair in the library reading. Cause I'm cool like that. And don't have any lunch friends. Plus It was hot outside.. And I'd rather have air conditioning. I plan to enjoy lunch int eh lobby outside my lockers hallway then head to the library everyday. Maybe then I'll have the first 2 classes homework done. And the all I'll have is math so I don't have to lugg bucnhes of textbooks home. Well thats all on school. Just a side note of
